Default Changing CD/Audio in 2004 ES 330

Hi everyone,

I was thinking of changing the cd player in our 2004 ES330 and adding a deck with an aux cable/USB outlet.

I started looking online and came across the following on Amazon:
"Metra 99-8158G Single or Double DIN Installation Kit for 2002-2006 Lexus ES300 and ES330 ($25)"
that needs to be used with a "Metra TYTO-01 JBL Amplifier Interface Harness ($35)"

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with these products or this type of installation? Is there a better solution? Should I just leave it alone as it is? I don't want to ruin the car and while the CD player works fine I really have no need for a tape deck.

Thanks in advance.

That's the way to do it. Easy, clean, plug-n-play. I would also recommend getting a deck with bluetooth built in. I have the Pioneer AVH-P2400BT. It's an older model though but does the job well with bluetooth, aux, and usb input.
