Need help with Glove Box
I've recently become an owner of a Lexus es300 1995 model, and am having serious problems trying to take off the Glove Box lol. I've located the three screws near the top of the dash, yet the felt is being a butt to pull off. I'm trying to remove the Glove box to replace the ECU for the car, as I believe that's what is wrong with it atm. (Real Problem is that the car is not shifting up, battery problems, and funky transmission problems.)
If anyone could describe the process to me as if i were 5, i'd greatly appreciate it! And if there's another thread here about this, I wasn't able to find it, so feel free to close this & redirect me c:

Damn, I'm having problems with this too, bought my es last year and the ecu has just hung behind the glove box too, thank you Lexus dealer Lexboro. I want to properly mount it but it cramped back there and I dont know how its supposed to sit back there.

In case anyone else needs the info, here's a diagram of how it is SUPPOSED to be mounted. Lexboro decided the brackets that bolt to the PCM were optional I guess... I'll have to rip them off a junk yard car the next time I go.
