Looking for new headlights, are the 05 es330 better than the 03 es300 since the 05 are projectors?

Yeah, the 2005-06 model headlights feature projector style headlight lenses.

You can order them from the dealer, or look on eBay, junkyards, etc.

They fit directly, but the bulb types are different.

There is also a settle, but BIG difference between the halogen and HID projectors' design. So if you want the HID, modern look, be sure they have the yellow warning label on the side.
