Won't fit different bolt pattern. You need 5x100, you can go with 17" depending on the wheel and tire but a 16" is the best overall 17's are a bit much for the car.

Any ideal which lexus 5×100 rims would look nice on it? I only have the stock rims on right now

I could be wrong but I don't think any other Lexus had 5x100 wheels. Take a look at some new wheels there are nice choices out there, or if you want to go with factory Scion wheels will fit you could always get creative and put a Lexus logo on them.
