Default 2000 es300

It's idling bad and cuts out driving on the interstate, get off the pedal get back on and it picks back up for a little while and does it again. Any clues where to start???

Most likely your throttle body needs cleaning. I would start there. Also try the search function on other methods.

It could also be the EGR or a bad oxygen sensor. Any codes?

Start with the basics, throttle body cleaning, new spark plugs, fresh air filter and maybe some fuel injector cleaner.
