I need help - .-
Anybody have any Idea what the trim with the chrome strip around the top if the windows on a 1998 Lexus Es300 is called?
I've noticed that the window taps it, and it's starting to separate from the car. I'll get a picture As soon as possible.
Also I've noticed allot of noise coming from what I think is the suspension, It makes a loud creaking noise when going over a speed bump or when it bounces. It feels right though, no excessive bouncing and it isn't extremely stiff.
No accidents no structure problems. =/
Any Insight would be greatly appreciated.
1998 Lexus es300 Gold.
Suspension control wheel. Comfort/sport I don't know if that changes the kind of suspension I have. x.x

Out of Warranty
Welcome to CL!
That creaking noise is probably worn bushings, most likely on the sway bar, but a good underbody check is in order. I have the same problem myself on the van. Cold weather exacerbates the problem which is probably why we are just noticing it. It's not a difficult DIY fix.
