No more high idle in cold starts?

Lately after I changed my EGR Valve Modulator, reset the EFI fuse, my idle isn't high like it used to be anymore when it's a cold start. It idles around 1,200 rpm once the rpm stops revving up and down upon the start up. I've tried to browse around and couldn't find the answer. Do you think the battery would be involved or the IACV? I did clean that not too long ago.
