My car(Lexus ES 330) would not start yesterday and I ended up having the battery changed at a local auto parts store. After the associate was done with the installation, I noticed that my navigation screen was black and would not respond from pressing the various buttons. We checked all of the fuses and disconnected/reconnected the battery but the screen is still black and not working. I've read online that some navigation systems require a security reset when this takes place. I have no idea how to do this or if its even necessary. Has anyone had a problem like this in the past? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
