2003 ES300 showing p0441/442. Need help identifying actuator cap?
I just picked up an 03 es300 and it drives like a dream, but when I plugged in my scanner it showed codes p0441/p0442. I figured it probably (hopefully) needs a new purge valve and hoses (canisters are not cheap lmao) Upon reviewing the evap system, I found numerous hairline cracks at the base (which have since been temporarily fixed with electrical tape) but noticed that one hose wasn't hooked up to anything. When I looked on the vacuum diagram under the hood, I saw it was supposed to be linked to the actuator on the right side connected with the air cleaner box. The cap it was supposed to connect with appears to be broken as shown below:
arrow is the broken cap, circled is the hose that would normally connect
The problem is, I have no clue where to find a replacement. I tried searching the number on the cap but got 0 relevant results. Searching for evap actuator doesn't yield anything either. The car runs perfectly fine albeit low MPG (which I was planning to address anyhow) but I dont want this to be an issue when I go in for emissions. Does anyone know what this part is and where I can find a replacement? Also some good recommendations on reliable hoses would be appreciated (this is my first lexus ) Thanks!
