Default P1325 & c1201 - 2000 es300

Hi CL members,
My car is at 136.xxx miles without any known mechanical problems etc. 10 days ago i came back from a 2000 miles road trip without any problems. But last week when driving 60mph on the highway CEL and TRAC OFF lights came on and the car drove perfectly fine and smooth. When i checked with techstream i saw that P1325 and C1201 was there. I drove around watching the live data and i did not see any misfires in 5 miles of highwayd driving and then i cleared the codes.
Today, after 60 miles since the previous event when i fired the engine when it was warm it illuminate the CEL and TRAC OFF lights right away. Car drives perfectly fine I drove back to home 5 miles and checked to see the same codes again. I cleared the codes again and now i am trying to figure out what the problem is with your help.

Additional information:
10000 miles ago ignition coil on cylinder six along with six spark plugs have been changed by previous owner since he got a CEL code for P1325 and misfires according to the service record.
Below are freeze frame data for the two events.

Assuming the codes are correct it points to an issue internal to the ECM. From the symptoms I'd venture a guess that IGN circuit for Cyl #6 is in the process of failing. Need to get that checked out. If you are not VERY comfortable back probing the ECM then I'd recommend the dealer or, if you have one local, a VERY reputable independent shop. P1325 indicates a problem with IGN circuit for Cyl #6 - not necessarily the coil. More important, C1202 indicates an ECM issue. Good luck.

After the second code removal, today the CEL and track off came on again after 15 miles or so. I did not do anything and the lights went off at the 4 th startup of the engine. After getting home, i checked the codes again and this time only P1325 was recorded and the other code was gone and there were no lights on the dashboard.
freeze frame data of todays code.

Sounds like it's an intermittent issue. Will need to keep an eye on it.

UPDATE:
Codes strike again to lit the CEL and then disappeared. Then came up again.
I switched to IC at cylinder 6 with the IC at cylinder 4 (right next to it) and the fault code switched to P1315 (cylinder 4). IC is faulty and it is the new one. Other IC's are Denso but this one has no brand on it.
Went to a NAPA store and they swapped the faulty one with a new one. This one is Denso brand like the other ones. Code went away after starting the engine 4 times after putting new coil. I will see if the code comes back again.
