On our 96 ES300 I noticed right side motor mount was loose. I looked at it closely and I noticed rubber bushing is all separated and I have to replace it. Is there rubber bushing that I can buy separate or do I have to replace whole motor mount (looks like "I:" rod with rubber mount on each side.

Yes, that is the correct part, but perhaps since it is not OEM Grade you're unaware of what quality rubber these people are trying to sell, thus meaning the greater potential of another problem occurring as the the rubber bushing may tear sooner or dry rot quicker..

That is true, but the part is very easy to replace and is not a critical safety component. You could find a perfectly good aftermarket piece for even just half the price of OE.
