Unhappy Engine shaking and white smoke from exhaust?!?!?!

Hi guys

i just replaced the spark plugs and ignition leads on my 94 es300. the spark plugs were Japan NGK Iridium very expensive and the leads were quite expensive too

i did an oil change yesterday as well as coolant change. so all together i have replaced the following:
- spark plugs
- ignition leads
- oil
- oil filter
- air filter
- cleaned throttle

just fired her up and the engine shakes. i get a drop in rpm and theres white smoke blowing out the exhaust and engine sounds like its choking. im getting a very bad fuel smell from the exhaust and it spreads everywhere as well as an exhaust leak (water condensation)

* i didnt replace the fuel filter ... this is going to be my next move but i suspect that the head gaskets gone =( hopefully not but probably my bad luck

the cars done 253000 kms and it hasnt been run in a while.
heres few other things i noticed

not sure if the fuel pump fuse is missing here but there looks to be no terminals in the socket?

engine main relay seems to be missing not sure if its meant to be like that?

the white smoke.... it doesnt seem much here but its pretty bad and smells horrible too

exhaust leak/condensation

rpm drop at idle

my next move is the fuel filter but in all honesty i think my head gaskets blown and if thats the case im not going to do any further work

i was wondering if you guys could please share your opinions
thanks guys

Condensation is normal, that's just a by product of combustion. Did you have this issue before you did all that work?

A fuel filter replacement should clear up the white smoke from the exhaust, and the smell should go away in two or three weeks after as long as the cat converters are still good. The shaking is probably caused by multiple problems including the IAC valve ports being clogged inside the throttle body. Check for any breaks in the air tube from the air filter housing, and throttle body, and tighten clamps.

Did those problems exist BEFORE you did all of that work?

Even though yours is an 1994, it's still OBD2. There is another thread on here on this subject for the same car as yours. Your OBD2 port is located in the fuse box inside the car behind the coin holder.

Read the post below.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es3...er-needed.html

See if you have any codes in History. Autozone and some others, will scan it for you for free. Don't change anymore parts until you at least do that. You could also consider buying your own obd2 scanner. They're relatively cheap. Less than $50.00 well worth it.

Even though the Check Engine Light may not be on, did you use your OBD2 code reader to check for any codes in memory?

You may have codes stored in memory without the check engine light being on.

I dont know if you have heard of Scotty Kilmer but he is a pretty popular mechanic on youtube. He did a video on replacing ecu and in that case it was a lexus ls dumping smoke out of the back and it was a bad ecu. In his case tho there was a code set for bad ecu but if it is not setting a code but dumping so much smoke i think it can still be a bad ecu.

ill try to get a link to the video in here.
