Default 99 ES300 blower motor not working

I have a 99 es300 and recently the blower motor has stopped blowing. What could be the possible cause of this?

Any suggestions? Is there a fuse or relay? If so, where would it be?

Also, only the driver window switch can control the passenger and rear passenger windows. Should i get a new master control switch or is there another way to fix this?

There is a blower, blower module, blower controller and the climate control unit, any of those could be bad. Do you have a volt meter and know how it use it?

The window one is interesting, could be bad driver's switch, bad wiring seems unlikely since both rear doors don't work. I trust you don't have the window lock switch engaged right?

Are any of these notorious for failure? I have a volt meter. What should I check first?

Window lock is not engaged. I think I will just get a working used switch.

There is a slight possibility that the window lock switch has broken closed. Meaning even tho it is not engaged it could have shorted out as if it was closed. If you have a multimeter you can do a continuity test. Also I would pull out any switches you suspect and make sure that on the circuit board none of the connections are broken or missing.

First step is to find the blower motor, unplug it and jumper 12v to it, see if it operates, that rules in or out the motor.

There are a whole series of methodical steps in the service manual for this, too hard for me to spoon feed them to you. I think the 97 ES300 service manual PDF is floating around out there just google "97 ES300 FSM" if you can't find it PM me I can get it to you.

Look in the diagnostics section, start at DI-536 I think, it tells you what to check for no blower.
