2000 ES300 Won't start after battery swap
Five year old battery died at wife's work parking lot. Installed new battery in cold and dark without cleaning terminal clamps. Car started off new battery and drove home. Car sat for two days, then I removed and cleaned the clamps, then re-attached the clamps. Now engine turns very fast but won't start. No kicking of engine, feels like no gas or no spark. I don't smell any gas.
Should I check fuses - which fuses and where are they located?
Do I need to somehow reset the ECU?
WTF?
I understand general internal combustion technology in theory, but I am a terrible mechanic.
Please, thank you, etc.

Blown ECU
So apparently , while cleaning the battery cables, I blew the ECU. I pulled the neg first, and re-attached the neg last, so ??? Maybe I did some sort of "contact-bounce" or something. Mechanic found some used ECU on 'net for $375. Never had that problem before while changing a battery. This ES300 has been a pain - multiple sets of ignition coils, bad oxygen sensors, CEL causes tranny to not shift into OD (that caused numerous head aches), always pulls slightly to the right (not my only FWD, I know what torque steer feel like). This is by far the worst Toy I've ever owned. I wish I could afford a car payment right now...
