94 es300 LOST ALL POWER HELP!!
so 2 days ago my car dies at the gas station and i manage to get a jump and goto the store and buy an alternator and on the way back the car dies again so i replaced the alternator on the side of the street, yesterday car ran fine all day no problems , this morning i turn on car and while driving down the street , my car starts losing power the radio turns off and the car shuts down but when i step on the brake pedal it turns back on ( this whole time im crusing down a hill ) when i hit the gas it dies again and when i hit the brakes it turns on again until it finally just dies in the middle of the road.
I just installed a new alternator and the guy i bought the car from 2 months ago says the battery is brand new , i also got a jump from my friend and still nothing no lights came on anywhere, not on the dash or nothing, it seems like im not getting anypower whatsoever to the car, i cant even get the car to turn over, i know my neutral saftey switch needs to be adjusted but that wouldnt explain the complete loss of power to the car any ideas? relays? fuses? help!

I had the exact same behavior on my '94 a month ago. It turned out to be a loose battery terminal clamp. Even though it appeared to be tight, one clamp was stretched out. I purchased a replacement factory terminal clamp for $10. Part# 90982-06022
