Post New member looking for advice.

I picked up a 97 es300 a couple months ago. The Club Lexus decals on the back windows sparked my interest and here I am now . The car is great however I am having an issue. I am hearing a buzz noise by the firewall on the drivers side, when the car is off. I spoke to a friend and he said maybe a relay was going out. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on, or even where to look to fix the issue? Not sure of any other locations for relays would be, other than under the hood in the fusebox.

Here's a pic of my cars the first day I got the es home, cheers!

Welcome to the Club.

Servo will make the buzz you mention. It can come and go.

I checked out the thread above, however the sound came about without the car running and key in pocket. Went out to replace my battery terminals and heard the noise. It would buzz and quit for a few seconds, buzz and quit. This was happening for the entire time I was out there and still hasn't stopped. Still possible the servo is the problem?

I don't plan on leaving . I've learned a lot here in the short amount of time I've been viewing threads.

Just be careful with local shops, some say they know it all, not always true, check your area for shops that work on lexus, Toyota, ask a lot of questions. Great looking car, take care of it, and have fun with it.
