So here's the old rad I changed out(clogged, leaking, bent fins and all), the defective hydraulic fan is on the back as well. Swapped in a working used rad and fan. That's the fluid that came out. It should be Toyota red wtf? I flushed it with a garden hose, then I did 3 drain re-fills of distilled water. Then I poured in some Prestone yellow after drain, then drained again and re-filled. Drained some of the tranny fluid at the time around 4 quarts, the fluid looked great. Fully flushed out the power steering system. Buttoned it up let it idle for 2 hours fan never spun up.
Coolant Temp stayed at 186, before I was pushing 230. Tranny was losing fluid and getting pretty hot as well. All is fixed NOW

So here I am getting my ACIS system in good shape. Boy is that intake nasty, I cleaned it all up before I put it back together. The vacuum tank wan't hooked up so I hooked it all up. ACIS works great now pulls like a bat out of hell up top. I cleaned everything as good as humanly possible then I seafoamed her. More tomorrow guys. Throttle response makes me

I sure do need an engine wash and I'll clean it up after I do some more work and order an ebay intake. The rad wasn't that bad, you have to get underneath to drain it and unhook the trans cooler lines from it and the bottom hose the rest is up top. Make sure you just take your time and look at what needs to be undone. I removed the passenger side headlight or left if facing the engine and unhooked the the line running to the rad fan.

So heres the race car, had it on the specialty race car ramps.
I'm just checking all my under carriage bolts with the old good and tight method, I used my breaker bar for the bigger bolts then I swapped in Napa syn 10w30 with a Napa ProSelect(aka Valvoline syn and a wix silver filter got it for 2.39 a qt and 3 bucks for the filter). The other pic is me swapping one of the shot OEM struts for a good used OEM strut. Did the other one the day before. As usual

I went 10w because it's summer and synthetic tends to be much thinner when not at operating temps 10w-30 syn pours real close to a 5w-30 conventional. I've seen no start up issues where as I was having them with 5w-30 but I think it was a ****ty filter I was using. Thanks man, send some people on here my way. I plan to be very involved in the community so spread the word lol.
