right turn signal flashing fast

I have a 98 lexus es 300. The right turn signal flashes fast. The bulbs are fine. The hazards are fine. So I'm thinking it may be the flasher unit. But I can't seem to find where the flasher is located. Can anyone help me find it? Thanks

Check all the bulbs with the flashers on. Do they all light up?

Pull out the bulbs and check the sockets.
