Default Replacing Heated Seat Switch - Easy?

During the winter, the heated seat switch (driver's side only, of course) froze...it won't move in either direction and turn the seat heater on. The passenger's side works fine.

I'm wondering if this is something I can fix myself, or, is it something that will involve a lot of labor, removing the console, etc., which means $$.

'01 ES 300.

Thanks,
