Default Check engine Light on in a 2000 ES300 The code (P1320) is the code I got

What does this code mean and what should I do to fix it... My car only has 94,000 miles on it and it just happened today... Thanks in advance...

One of your ignition coil is not working. Check which one is not working and check for broken wires on the coils.

Thanks... I also was told it may be an Oxygen sensor??? im not sure how to fix either one??? any ideas

P1320 - no igniter signal. Ignition system related, not an oxygen sensor problem

Since you got a misfire on cylinder #5 and code P1320, I would swap coils first before replacing the coil for cylinder #5. Cylinder #5 is the the coil at the driver side, near the firewall.
