Default tire size 04 ES

Anyone run a different size tire on a 02-04 ES with stock 16 inch rims? I'm looking at 225-60-16 tires, running stock size now, 215-60-16 v rated Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S. Great tire. Looking to go to a H rating, would like to get more miles out of the tire, and would a larger width get me more miles out the tires? Thanks and have a great Easter day.

I did on a 3ES [came with them], 215/60/16, when stock called for 205/60/16

They rubbed when loaded with people/gear. Might do it here too. This is a GS sized tire. And i doubt a larger tire will get more miles, where you save money on tires, you'll lose it on gas due to more drag/whatever else with bigger than suggested tires.

Hypermilers undersize their tires to get more MPG. Just food for thought.
