(Correction)Would 2008 GS350 wheels fit on a 2004 Lexus ES330?
Anyone try these wheels before any help would be grately appreciated

If they're the 17x8 ET45 wheels [multipoke], they would.
The GS350's should clear. If they fit the 3ES, there would be no issue with the wheel wells in the 4ES - I THINK.
Otherwise, someone tried fitting the 18" staggered [from IS] setup way back [mind you on a 97-01 bodystyle] but it required spacers in the back to clear the struts given the RWD offsets and 8.5" rear width.

Will 74209 fit?
Those are 7 Spoke (74209) GS wheels.
Anyone try to fit these on an IS? To 01LEXPL's point, I would consider them on an AWD IS 250 if the lug nuts will work.
