Default Need to remove ECM ('02 ES300)

All,

I have a 2002 ES300. I recently lost my master key (only key) and now I need to get my ECM re-flashed so that a new key can be programmed to it. I was able to access the ECM after removing the glove department.

Removing the wires was a simple unplug. I noticed that the ECM is screwed to the support brackets. I've heard that the unit is about 6" x 8" x 1" (LxWxH). Not sure if this is exact but I'm going to stick with this for this post. The ECM is installed like a vertical cartridge, so looking at directly at it from the passengers seat, the dimensions appear as such; 1" x 6" x 8" (LxWxH).

There are a total of 6 screws. The first two, located at the bottom, were simple to remove. The other 4 are located in the back and top of the unit where this is very little clearance for you to access with a screw driver, wrench, etc. I've been playing with it for about an hour and it is extremely frustrating. Any suggestions on how to get these screws out?

I am going out of town on Wed so I need to get this resolved asap. All suggestions/comments are welcome.

Thank you!
