I can't seem to find the tailights for my 99 es300. I want the vip lights that have the white strip all the way across but can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know of a website or someone who wants to sell them or do I have go to go junk yard? Let me know please and thanks.

Yea I tryed that craigslist google and find nothing been about two weeks looking. I guess mayb u jus have to get lucky.

By "VIP lights with white stripe" I assume you mean the 2000-2001 tails?

Check the classifieds here as I believe there is a set for sale right now, also check ebay. Just search 2000 or 2001 es300 tail lights and you should find them. They aren't cheap though.

^ Yeah they are... lol, they're selling for what the amber ones still fetch.

There's MANY singles out there on eBay, when searching type in the most open query 'es300 lights' refine search to condition 'used' then look thru the few pages there is.

The part out sellers, are selling each piece for around 80-100$.

I'd buy the two inners off teh classifieds on here, and the two outers on ebay, one dude is selling each at 100$ shipped IIRC... if anything msg him for a better price since you want two.

It's not like it used to be... when i joined this forum, they were selling for around 500$ at the cheapest. With patience you can get a whole set for less than half that...

The prices on eBay from part-out sellers are pretty crazy. I lucked out and found a set of inners for just $117, and that's the only ones I needed since the previous owner installed a set of outer ones.

I definitely wouldn't consider them beeing cheap. 300+$ for tail lights is somewhat spendy for 11 year old lights. But I would say if your willing to spend the money they're definitely worth it! It makes a huge difference, add the 00-01 front bumper and fogs and its a whole different car!

Yea they are realy pricey I realy want them because I love the way they look smoked out with that white strip open like that. She's just gorgeous like that. But for now I'm just gona re tint my windows a little darker , my hids are in san fransisco waiting for them still. Once I put them in I'm going to buy the fog hids just can't decide whether to go 3k in fogs or match 6k in fogs and then my interioris done with leds except the vanity mirrors which I'm gonna get soon and then ill get to the tail lights all leds so. Pretty excited she's still new to me only been afew months but I'm in love. Ill post pics later tonight. Oh and I debadged her in the back except the lexus logo (gotta keep that).
