ah awesome to see someone with another 3VZ-FE powered ES!
good job with the buff job! paint looks shiny now!
but the intake is only half complete! you need this adapter that converts the square AFM inlet to a 3" round pipe, and then you'd be able to use a better cone filter to complete the intake system, it's the same for an MR2 and old MK3 supra.
this is the one I got. the idiots on ebay never figured out that it's actually called an AFM, not MAF.

Thanks! I will keep the updates comming. EE I only used the tube because my rubber intake boot was ripped. I have the adapter and cone. but my air box has a drop in k&n. Don't want the extra noise yet still working out the kinks n quirks. Plus at the moment its super dirty. still debating on what and how i want to paint the car. though sourcing parts is a bit harder then i thought it would be.

Nice finding a ES for a steal and I paid $1,500 more for mine with similar conditions but now it looks a lot better after a little restoration. I have the same color and everything with a 5 speed manual. U should swap the alloys back to your new tires unless u getting them refinished in a new color. Can u send a link on the intake cause all I see is red or blue from eBay and wanted a black one. My boot is showing cracks cause I already have an adapter and cone filter. Keep up the good work
