Welcome to the Club.
If you see the box called Quick Reply, there are two buttons underneath one called Post Quick Reply and the other one called Go Advanced. Click on Go Advanced and that will open up a new screen. Scroll down a bit until you find Additional Options, you will see an option called Manage Attachments and from there you can upload photos from your computer.
