Question on replacement part
Hi all I've got an 96 es 300 and whenever I brake the back tire sounds like it's going to fall off. After jacking the rear end up I noticed that the bushing where this rod ties into has a lot of play in it allowing the tire to wiggle. I had thought they were called sway bar bushings but apparently not. My question is whats that part called and can i replace the bushings there or should replace the rod?
Thanks

Similar Question but for a 1992 ES300
I noticed a suspension kit for sale on Ebay for US$60 ES300 1992-1996, that includes all the rods, knuckles and rubber parts. That would be a lot of weight for me to carry in my suitcase to South America where my car is. Don't they sell just the rubber parts or are they molded in place? Shipping is out, a lot of problems and costs getting small orders through customs. Also, not so easy in your suitcase either, e.g. a used instrument panel that I paid US$25. for cost me another US$20 and delays in customs when I declared it. They told me car parts were not allowed in your baggage and if they had found it undeclared it would have gone in the trash. Customs was nice and classified it as a miscellaneous item and I paid the duties on that.
By the way, parts for my car are hard to find there, usually no listing in the aftermarket catalogs, anyway no stock and no way to correlate to the Camry which is sold in that country, only take a part off and go around showing it as a sample and pay a high price. Thanks for the info.
