Exclamation From Ashy to Classy **The Slow Road To Becoming VIP**

Well, 3wks ago I bought a Lexus... Yup, that's right, not a Civic, not an Integra, and NOT a Tiburon. I have owned way too many of those in the last 7 years (8 cars in just the last 7 years, to be exact). And now, I have a Lexus. I'M MOVIN' UP IN THE WORLD!

~1992 VCV10 Lexus ES300
~3.0 V6 Non VVT-i
~5spd (yes, the rare Lexus 5 speed!)
~Pearl White/Pearl Grey two-tone
~Blue leather interior
~All power options (Even has the old Motorola Mobile phone hook-up that beeps like a **** everytime I start the car)

And here's what I want

~Full VIP style body/lip kit
~17 or 18 by 7.5 or 8 wheels
~D2 Coil-over system (or custom coil-over setup)
~Junction Produce interior accessories
~VIP style exhaust

So, come along and follow me, as I embark on a journey to be VIP!

I found these dope sexy muhfuggers for $800 shipped. (17x7 +38ET)

But then, I stumbled upon some OEM Lexus wheels... THESE!!!

Specs:
Lexus SC430
5X114.3 lug pattern
18X8
45mm offset

And I think that if/when I get the car low enough and with the proper stance like the ES above, these will look pretty damn smooth.

And I'm debating on air ride or Coil-Overs but I am leaning more toward Coil-Overs.

Probably the D2 RS version

Congrats and welcome. Looks like you will be on the right track, but I must say that the ES you posted is my buddy Charleys' car. The pictures hardly do it justice so his car is perfect for inspiration .

Don't overlook the maintenance before you start modding and if you decide on coilovers, I would consider some nicer coilovers if you can shell out the extra money.

Yeah, I snagged them from the VIP Cars forum that you posted them in. I would love to see his car up close. Even for being a 92, the car is pretty solid. Has minor rust on the roof, a few minor cracks in the 2 front seats and needs 2 front fenders. I found 2 used & paint matched fenders at a local salvage yard. for $150 each. I'm working out all the little stuff before I start shelling out all he cash for the "fun" stuff.

finally a TRUE 2ES enthusiast. All you see now are 3ES's. Those work rims are beautiful, where did you get them from. And once you find a kit for your car, Tell me ASAP, because I cant find them anywhere.

And also, sometime in the next week or two, I'm gonna resfinish the headlights. I may even dis-assemble them and paint the housings black light the JDM Toyota Windom lights.
