In the last 2 months, i have bid on about 4 sets of those damn SC430 18x8 "Dinner Plates" but I keep getting outbid. I'm guessing by VW guys. I know a couple homies that say those particular wheels are famous within the VW scene, and we all know how trendy & extreme those guys can be... LOL I've got my mind semi- made up on a set of ESM 004 (BBS LM look-alikes) that are 18x9(F) & 18x9(R) but I may wait until after I finis this suspension project I have in mind.

Already did. What you see is the improvement. Now I wont detail it because this is no show car. Just a daily driven work in progress.

Found him on Facebook, emailed him, hoping to get some info from him...

In the morning, as long as it doesnt rain, I plan to refinish/clear the headlights and maybe do an oil change and switch to synthetic.

So, here goes:

I saw an infomercial about "FAST BRITE" ($6 cost, 2-step process) and it seemed interesting. Now, I have already used headlight restorer before but never one that that didnt require sanding & buffing. Those work pretty darn good, might I add. The little extra "elbow grease" that you put into sanding & buffing shows when the job is done, but FAST BRITE boasted a 5x brighter shine without the need for sanding and buffing. Long story short, I bought it. Not from the infomercial, but from the "AS SEEN ON TV" rack at Wal-Mart...

Now, I wont go and say that this worked better than the Turtle Wax Kit ($15 cost, 6-step process) that requires sanding & buffing and I cant quite say that its a 5x brighter shine/clarity but I will say that made a major difference and the upside to this kit is that it can be used more than once, unlike the Turtle Wax Kit that has only the needed amount of special sand-paper.

Here are the photos:

I'm thinking about disassembling the lights, painting the housing black and adding some of those Audi style led driving lights...
