looks like the front bumper doesn't match the fender paint either. was that just replaced? or a previous incident?

i dnt think the last owner changed the front bumper..
ripped off?
i have a list, its a bit more than I told u guys, so around 950 is reasonable..
but for the appearance, they changed the hood only
