I got a lexus es300 year 97 when im driving my speedometer only goes to 0-40 and stay there...( im going fast) even if i accelerate it still wont move. But when i slow down it goes normally back to the right speed. i wont pass over 40 MpH. Bad fuse?what should i do?put grease?
