I wanted to covnert my headlights to the earlier or higher trim model headlights w/ the projectors on them. I wanted to know if all es300 from 1990-1999 are all the same headlights as far as interchangeable. In most of the aftermarket headlight sites they only list 1990-1996 headlights even though 1990-1999 pretty much had the same body style.

SO the question is:

Are ES300 models from 1990-1999 able to interchange between headlights?

EX. buy a used 1992 headlight and put it on a 1999 body???

not remotely the same cars.

This question gets asked once a month on here and no, they won't fit

The projector headlights are not 'higher' trim, the old ES' all came like that.

The thing you can do is get teh OEM HID lights that came on 00-01 cars - but they're pricey
