It's behind the rear axle. Look up and you will see it.

Is that the VSV for Charcoal canister? Or the same VSV for P0446?

the vsv is on top of the motor, not behind the rear axle because there is no rear axle.

OP, the unit that i have is a toyota unit and was an is p0446 or you may have to replace the whole charcoal canister which is about $300.

Charley

edit: if i remember right, it is the unit with the blue plug on drivers side, but i may be wrong.

Thanks my friend....by any chance you have any idea which VSV in pics above serves that charcoal canister? That's my whole objective I want to test out the VSV first cause code doesn't come on anymore...maybe VSV is starting to go bad

Thanks friend.....I am thinking it's that blue one opposite but same side as VSV that feeds EGR/Modulator.....TIA BTW PFB was talking about charcoal canister.

Hey Charlie no code return since I replaced gas cap with an Advanced Auto part replacement but I called a local Toyota part dealer today asking for part# for a 1996 Camry V6 VSV for charcoal canister and was given this 90910-12074 which is different from part # you posted.....I owned a 96 Camry V6 and now the 96 ES300 both engines look identical and I bought the EGR/modulator for the 96 ES saying it's a 96 Camry V6 and part# were identical I don't see changing part # for the VSV just cause it's Lexus......are you sure the part# you stated is as you posted? Funny I called Local Lexus parts Dept right now and their part# is different to but no one has an engine schematic that shows actual location of VSV which is what my goal is.

P.S the Lexus parts rep asked if it was the one located right on Charcoal canister does this mean there are 2 VSVs for the Charcoal canister?

Can someone tell me which VSV Valve feeds the EGR/Modulator? Is it part # 90910-12074, or another part? Also, do I need more then one? Lexus stated they could not tell me without actually taking them out and getting the part number off it, and I'm simply trying to get the part ordered so that I can get rid of the check engine light (P0401)
