2000 lexus es300 trac light blinking and abs light

Unhappy 2000 lexus es300 trac light blinking and abs light

I have a problem with my lexus i replaced the struts and shocks both front and back. The Trac light is blinking plus my abs light is on and i don't know why so any help would be appreciated.

I would check all the connections for the wheel sensors

when i went to Autozone to get my struts & shocks, they said which one do you want Electroni or non Electronic, I ask for non cause, it just regular MC Phearson struts, do you guy think that might be the reason why the light is coming on.

No. The electronics were on the 97-98 cars only. And the people with the electronic struts swap them to regular ones without issues. So there's something else wrong...

This happened on my wife's 99 ES 300 on Thanksgiving evening......She took it to the Toyota dealer and they said it is the main ABS unit......Big bucks.....

They probably broke one of your ABS speed sensor wires. You would need a special scantool to read the ABS code. Find a local shop that can pull the code and start from there.

Took them over a week to get the part(back order).....Alternator went out also........2800 later.....I told her she should have traded in but no dice........She just loves that car..............
