There are none that I am aware of. The best you can do in short of a standalone unit is maybe an air-fuel controller, but unless you have mods, you probably won't gain much, if any at all. Toyota's ECU is very tough to crack so I doubt any performance chip is available.

I recently purchased a 1997 Lexus ES300 here in Indonesia.
Well the car has been imported used from Singapore with better fuel settings and others.
Just to make sure it runs good with the regular 88 RON gasoline, I put in a Chip that is basically a piggyback which retarded the ignition timing to negative so it does not blow the knock sensor.
I bought a product from South Africa known as Dastek and their product named Unichip Q+, it has been well. I actually did a couple of things to the car before putting the thing in and dynoed them, mainly K&N Filters, Carbon clean, checking the cylinder pressure, Y pipe mod and most of the maintenance done.
It seems to gain however only 7 hp on the crank but that was not what i was after. However things might change after if i purchase the TRD Supercharger which i am negotiating right now but i can use the piggyback to gain more power.
The unichip will have a switch to choose octane levels i.e Regular, Regular +, or Premium. 87, 89, 91 in the us case or 88, 92 or 95 here.
Well so far i have been filling up with different fuels and it has been working great, it was better than it was in stock mode which i have to fill it up with 95 RON and above fuels only esp the prices of regular gas here only cost around $0.50 a litre or $2 a gallon.

Well if u are in the US, perhaps its not worth it to put it on if u don't have much mods as your car are tuned for it. Mine however just to be safe.

Welcome to CL!

Anyways, I don't know of any either.

If you aren't happy with the acceleration of your ES I recommend that you reset the current chip by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. It will reset the computer which memorizes the driver's style of driving. Such as acceleration, speed, when to shift, etc.
