Someone locally is selling his 4 OEM Mag wheels and winter tires from his 1997 Lexus SC400.

His tire size is: (225/55/16 ) - His Mags are: 5x114.3 (Toyota/Lexus).

I have not seen them yet, but will see them this weekend. The price seems to be right. $350 for the 4 Mags and the mounted snow tires with 5,000 Miles on them. He does not have the Center Caps though, so I am planning on using mine.

1) Does anyone know if these Mags and tires will be a direct fit for my 2001 ES300?. Currently my car has the OEM 16" Lexus Mag Wheels (Not Chrome).

2) I don't wish to use spacers, nor make any modifications to my car, I just want to make sure that these Mags will fit as is.

3) Also, will my existing ES300 center caps fit these SC400 Center caps?

1 & 2. they should fit. Lexus doesn't make their offsets/widths crazy as they are very conservative out of the factory. Keep in mind the OEM 16" on you '01, are a 16x6 wheel with an ET 45. So, based upon how sunken the SC400 wheels look they should fit.

Just check the back of the sc400 rims for the ET - its stamped behind one of the spokes.

3. Probably not, potentially yes. IIRC Lexus has 3-4 different sizes for these caps.

I know this is an old thread but have you had any luck with putting these on? I have a set of 98 sc400 chrome wheels to put on my 97 es300. I havent mounted tires yet cause i dont know how much the 5mm difference in offset will be
