HID Kelvin OEM
I have a 04 ES330, What is the Factory Kelvin temp of my HID lights? I am trying to buy an aftermarket Fog lights and want to match them up.
Any recommendations weather go with aftermarket HID fog conversion and what is good out there?, and legal if any? or go with different fog bulbs.

90% of all OEM HID bulbs are 4300K.
With that said though I think if you were to try a 4300K aftermarket bulb at its going to be a little on the yellow side. Closer to the look of halogen believe it or not. I believe the closest match to OEM color using aftermarket is right around 6000K.
The reason a 4300K OEM bulb looks almost pure white in a normal reflector housing (non projector) is because they use D2R bulbs which have a black stripe on the bulb which blocks the yellow color bands that are produced from that bulb.

I have 5000K HID's on my car, and they have a pure white look to them. In my experience, 6000K has had a tiny bit of blue tint to it, but barely noticeable. In terms of useable light, I'd say 4300K or 5000K is best.
