replaced all blown fuses and 120
My battery was dead, my neighbor tried to jump it and put terminals on backwards...I replaced my battery and all blown fuses, along with the 120 fuse which was blown. Situation is the same, no dash lights, radio, p/s or windows, car won't start. I do have headlights, dome and door lights. What else could be keeping my car from starting, I desperately need help.
Thank you,
Kelly

I have attached at diagram of the power feeds. Print it out and start going thru the list of things that have no power, and see what is common. I will bet that there are still a couple more fuses that are burned out. Keep in mind that the engineers at toyota did not make it easy for anyone working on these cars. Several months ago my power windows, seats, and several other things stopped working. I finally found the blown fuse after removing the lower instrument pannel cover, then removing a section of AC duct. There were a couple fuses and a relay hiding (no markings at all on them).
