Today i was driving, with the A/C on, and the radio on. I stopped in a store for 5 mins, when i started my car again. My radio and AC controls are not working. I seem to be getting no power to that entire unit. It also seems that the cigarette lighter by the cup holder doesnt work either.

The clock IS working and the time is correct, it did not reset. and the hazard light button works. Nothing else gives me any response.

2 days ago my battery suddently died, a jump start didnt work, so i bought a new battery, which has been working just fine. I dont know if this could be the cause but it's the last thing i changed in the car.

UPDATE***
I found the Cig/Radio fuse in the kick panel fuse box. It was blown. I replaced it, expecting it to blow as soon as i start my car but it didnt. I let it run for a few minutes and it seems to be working. Could anyone tell me why this might have happened?
