Buy a new one. Rockauto.com has them for a decent price. Should be the sensor closest to the firewall. Not that hard to change, but you might have to come up from the bottom of the car.

I have a 1995 ES300 with P0135 code, which I believe is a Bank 1 oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction error.

Using Rockauto.com, I found that the replacement part is Bosch 13354 (Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment). However, when reading comments about that part on Amazon.com, I found this statement:

This Bosch O2 sensor fits before the catalytic converter on federal emissions vehicles. If you have a California vehicle, use Bosch# 13733 (Bosch 13733 Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment) sensor. Also, note that some New England states use California vehicle emissions standards. I bought my Camry (2.2L, 4 cyl) in NY and had to return this sensor for the California emissions version which fit perfectly and worked great.

Note: I bought my car in California. I am wondering if I need 13733 ($112) or 13354 ($68). Any ideas? Is Denso better?
