Default 00' brake problem GR!

Well I just changed the front rotors and pads to my 2000 ES300, when doing so my dumb-butt took the things out that you usually bleed the brakes with so the pistons were easier to push back, not realizing that after it was going to be a pain to bleed them.
So currently I press the brake pedal and nothing happens, I've been bleeding the brake lines through the calipers, right side doesn't seem to have much pressure to it though, fluid is full, what do you guys think is happening? Is there another area I can bleed from or is there another problem afoot I'm just not noticing?

Thanks for any help!!!!

Just gravity bleed the front brakes. You don't need two people.
Fill the master cylinder, leave the lid off, open the front bleeders and let the fluid flow for 5mins or so, put something below to catch the fluid. Watch the master and fill accordingly. Tighten up the bleeders, pump up the pedal until hard and then go open each front bleeder separately for just a couple seconds. Check fluid level and you should be fine. Let us know.
