Yes, but you'd need a lot more then just the motor as you have a 3VZ.

Or can someone tell me if there is a web site that can show me a how-to. I would really appreciate it

There is no how to, and it has been done before.

Here is a short thing.
1: You need the ENTIRE car.
2: Drop Subframe with EVERYTHING attached, and bolt it to the Lexus.
Swap nearly everything from the Avalon engine bay into your ES300, as well as the ECU.

Here is the issue, the Avalon will have a couple different features, so it may take some extra wiring. And on many of the swaps, you need to swap the dash harness (but in this case, you can't do that, as the Avalon dash harness will not be the same).

It IS the easiest engine swap on your car (And then you could pop on a TRD SuperCharger). It's straight foward, as everything is bolt on, with no custom work needed. But yeah, you need to know a lot about cars to do it. It;s very doable. But again, your best bet is getting a 94-96 ES300 for it, as to make NO custom wiring and everything being plug and play. Find a low mileage totaled one, and part out the rest of the car to make $ back.

Do you have a broken engine or just want something different? If your engine is broken just order a jdm 3vz, they're relatively cheap and the swap can be done in a day if you have the proper parts.

yeah my engine has some high milage on it and has been giving me problems and i just want to swap it out with the same motor with low miles. Just wanted to know if the 1MZ-FE would fit beacuse my friend has one that's running and he was going to give it to me for cheap and what ASG14 saying sounds like alot of fun and worth it at the end, i think ill possibly do it later on down the line but for now i just want my car 2 b running.
