Default 2002 ES300 ball joint replacement and rear door speaker replacement

I have a 2002 ES300 and am looking for a pictured diagram of replacing front ball joints. I also have a bad rear right speaker in my back door and need to know how to remove the door cover and replace the speaker. Any advice, pics, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

the ball joint is pretty straight forward. Just remove the cotter pin on the castle nut, remove the nut, then the two bolts and one nut I believe that attach it to the control arm. You may need to beat the ball joint shaft out of the knuckle.

Rear door is easy. there's two screws. you have to pop off the power window bezel and unplug it. after you remove it theres a screw that goes into the actual door. then theres a cover piece behind the door handle/power lock. i found it easy to push the lock button and use a clip/panel pryer to pull the cover off. theres a screw there. from there on, just gently pull the outside of the door and the clips should pop out. then theres 2 cable mechanisms that control the door and the lock. easy to take off,

Use a ball joint puller if possible to save yourself from from all the trouble. Again its straight forward as long as you have this tool.

Thanks for the help on removing the ball joint(s) on my 2002 ES300. But before I start doing this, how do I know if I actually need to replace them? THe car seems to handle well on the road and steering is fine, even with 96K miles on the car. Also are there upper and lower ball joints? I took my tire off and see 2 different locations that have ball joints, no?
