What brand O2 sensors did you get and did you get it for the right year and model of your ES300? Which year ES do you have? O2 sensors are kinda difficult to thread in unless you have them really straight in. Otherwise they're fairly straightforward to replace.

HI: I bought a Denso rear sensor and a Bosch front sensor. They are the correct sensor per the website where I bought them but they do not fit. The threaded part is fine it is the electrical part that is wrong. The connector is way off.
The Radiator cap is also way to small. All other items I got fit correctly, it is just those these.

I had the same problem with a Bosch O2 sensor for a friends Saab. The sensor itself was right, the connector was a foot too short. However, the book and Autozone's computer said it was the one. Did the sensor fail or are you just replacing them all? How much for OEM?
If it ain't broke don't touch it.

that is the joke with aftermarket pigtails the connectors nevermatch
2 options cut and splice with a crimper and heat shrink tubing for the old connector to the new sensor
or pay the money and get the right one from the dealer
