Can anyone tell me what the vertical height is in the space between the trunk and back seat? I just got a sub and it won't fit through the trunk. The only way I can think of, is to put it in through the back seat. The measurements of my box is 16 1/2" X 18". I've noticed that the opening in the trunk space is only 15 1/2", so I'm only off by a 1/2". I'm hoping that, if I take it through the back seat, that opening from the back seat to the trunk will be at least 16 1/2". Or better yet, I just thought of this. Do you think that if I take the molding on the inside of the trunk out that it will give me the added inch of space I'm looking for? I just don't want to take this stuff apart for nothing. Any response will be appreciated. Thanks
