Default 99 ES price

looking at a 99es coach edition for 9900, 35000 miles, what to look for as far as problem areas, good price or not ? Going to look at the car Mon. At my local Lexus dealer.Thanks for any help with this.

Just saw pictures of it, it looks really clean. Just look at all the fluids and belts and if all the bulbs on the inside for the radio ect work. Besides that there really shouldn't be any issues

This is your second thread about the same damn car. I feel the comments in your other thread were adequate. Look it up on kellybluebook, then on emunds, then on nada. I think thats an average price for a 99 with really low miles, but a 13 year old car with only 30 k miles has issues because it hasent really been driven and has obviously just sat for many years.

well said. you need to put aside additional $$$ other than your high initial purchase. these cars known to last 300k+ miles, so no advantage over very low miles.to sum it up it would be wiser to purchase the next gen models like es 330

I am keeping my 04, after winter i will get the paint work done, hood, front and rear bumpers. I will loose money if i trade in my 04. Take that money for paint and body work, make it look like new. Thanks for all the help and tips,

I just picked up a '99 with 51k on it. Paid $9000. Runs and looks new!
