01 ES300 - climate control back lighting
The backlights on the Rear and Front defroster are burned out (or at least not lit!) Is this an LED or bulb? How do I remove the panel to replace it (them)? Just to be clear, this is the BUTTON lights, not the lights that indicate whether they are on or off.

Bump - no response from this yet! This is a the lights behind the buttons themselves, not the ON/OFF indicator lights.

I believe its just a bulb that needs to be replaced. THere's a thread similar to this on a 03 ES. You may want to search for that thread.

Just checked out that link 01LEXPL, now would you know whether its the same process for stereo bulbs that are burnt out?

Stereo bulbs, i have read are different. IIRC something about them being soldered onto a board or something like that...
