Just replaced my sway bar bushings.
My suspension has been getting louder and louder so I decided it was time to do something about it. I did the research on here and found that a lot of people had the same problem. So I replaced my sway bar bushings and NO difference.

There are two distinct noises. The first is a squeak followed by a clunk. This only comes from the front wheels and only from one side at a time. So if I am going over a dip to the right I hear the sound from the right side and then the left.
The second sound is a dull clunk every time a hit a bump. It comes from the from and the back.
I have never done much suspension work so I am kinda clueless on this one. There is some talk about bearings, and sway bar mounts and other stuff but I don't really want to change out everything if there is only one source.
Any ideas?

Yeah, I did the same thing. New sway bar bushings made no difference.
If your problem is like mine, it sounds like metal to metal contact when you run over an uneven road surface when the weather is cold. Mine is worse on the right side, but there is some noise on the left, too.
My next attempt to fix this will involve the strut mounts. However, that will have to wait until I spend several hundred dollars to get a rear main seal fixed so I am not covering the garage floor with oil.
