How do I change my spark plugs?

How do I access the three (3) rear plugs on my 1993 ES300? THANKS!!!

its not an easy task but it's do-able. You just need the right extensions and some patience.

My first attemp on my 93 back in the days was horror. be very very careful, please HEED. don't pull the wires, always try to take if off by the head of the boot.
