'04 ES330 headlight aim adjustment?

Just bought an '04 ES330 and for some reason the headlights are aimed far too high. The high beams are just right...just the low beams that are high. Does anyone know how to aim them correctly (specifically lower them)?

With the adjustment screw on the back of the headlight.
